You’ll probably be needing more than two servings of fish everyday to get the required amounts of Omega 3 fatty acids; can you imagine the amount of toxins you will thus be ingesting? Moreover, fish can be expensive and often comes with an aftertaste.

Thankfully there are now fish oil supplements with Omega 3 to remedy the problem. You just have to pop a capsule in your mouth and down it with a glass or two of water. When choosing fish oil supplements, go for those that are purified and processed because then you can be sure that the toxins have already been removed. Taking supplements is more convenient and less expensive, and the best thing you can be more confident that you are taking the right omega 3 dosage for adults.
